1. The store
This store is operated by PupPouch. Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to PupPouch.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your state, province or territory to place an order.
3. Products
We do our best to display colours and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen shows a colour exactly as it appears in person. Measurements given in the size guide are of the garment laid flat and may vary by up to one inch.
Product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product sold to one customer.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it at that price.
Any "compare at" price shown alongside a product is our own full list price for that product, not a competitor's price.
5. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it. We may decline or cancel an order that appears fraudulent, that we cannot ship to the address given, or that was placed at an erroneous price. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.
6. Shipping and returns

7. Safe use
This product is a garment with a front pouch. It is not safety equipment, a restraint, or veterinary equipment. You are responsible for supervising your pet at all times while using it, for judging whether your pet is comfortable and secure, and for not using it in any situation where your pet could be hurt — including while driving, cycling, running, or near roads and water. Never leave a pet unattended in the pouch. Stop using it immediately if your pet shows signs of distress.

8. Content on this site
Text, images and design on this site belong to PupPouch or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without written consent.
9. Third-party links
Where we link to another site, we are not responsible for its content or its practices.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you order.
