This policy explains what PupPouch collects when you visit this store or place an order, why we collect it, and who else sees it.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, email address, shipping address, billing address, and phone number if you give one.
- Payment details: handled entirely by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
- When you browse: your device and browser type, IP address, the pages you viewed, and how you arrived here. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- If you email us: whatever you choose to put in the message.
Why we collect it
To process and ship your order, to email you about that order, to answer your questions, to detect fraud, and to understand which of our ads and pages work.
Who we share it with
- Shopify — hosts this store and processes orders. See Shopify's own privacy policy.
- Our payment processor — to take payment.
- Our fulfilment and shipping partners — they receive your name and delivery address so the parcel can reach you.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — we use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure our advertising. This may include a hashed version of your email address.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
This store uses cookies to keep your cart working, to remember your preferences, and to measure advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the store may stop working correctly if you do.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we are required to for tax and accounting purposes. Marketing contact details are kept until you ask us to remove them.
